Rezept aus Tschechien: Pučálka

Pučálka ist eine traditionelle tschechische Mahlzeit aus gekeimten Erbsen:

Die Erbsen über Nacht in Wasser quellen lassen. Das Wasser abgiessen und die Erbsen 2-3 Tage an einem warmen und dunklen Ort quellen lassen, dabei mindestens 2x täglich spülen!

Die gekeimten Erbsen mit wenig Öl und Gewürzen (Kräuter der Provence, Sojasauce, Thymian, ...) knusprig braten. Auch eine süße Variante mit Rosinen und Zimt ist möglich. Erbsen warm essen.
